Hot Loads

Load one, load them all. An unopinionated system tray utility that launches your favourite companion apps when you open a specific program or game.

Perfect for sim racers

I built Hot Loads primarily to launch all my companion apps for the multiple racing sims I play — Le Mans Ultimate, Automobilista, Assetto Corsa, iRacing and more.

I use apps like Crew Chief, Coach Dave Delta, Go Setups, Second Monitor and Mavins AIRA every time I drive, but I’d often forget one and only realise once I was already on track.

Hot Loads saves me from that. No more manually launching extras, no more forgetting, just load your sim and everything else follows.

Reduce system clutter

Instead of loading a bunch of apps at startup ‘just in case’, Hot Loads only launches what you need, when you need it. Tie companion apps to specific games or tools and keep everything else out of the way, tucked neatly in your system tray.

Unopinionated by design

Hot Loads isn’t tied to specific apps — you decide what launches what.
I don't just use it for the multiple sim racing games I play. I also use it to load my MIDI tools when I open Bitwig, but it could be any app triggering any other app.

I would often forget to launch applications before sim racing such as Crew Chief, Sim Hub and Pit House etc… Since using Hot Loads, I forgot that I ever had that problem.

Such a sleek and easy to set up app, every sim racer should have this.

I’ve been using Hot Loads with AMS2, and it’s made managing my sim racing setup effortless. It automatically launches all my companion apps like Crew Chief and OpenKneeboard when the game starts, and closes them when I exit. No more forgetting to start or shut things down — it just works perfectly every time.

Hi, Loz here - As with most things I build, I made it for myself first, then shared it with friends, and only opened it up to everyone else once they’d helped me iron out the kinks. I hope you find it useful but if you need any help, get in touch.
